I don't understand why these banana republic states can not modernize their voting machines to calculate and spit out the results in a few hours. In Louisiana, we use electronic voting machine (none of this paper ballot crap) and in 3 to 4 hours 90% of the vote is in. By the next morning, it is 99%. Fraud is not a problem here because the machine tally must equal the number of voters that are required to sign their name on the voter rolls. If your name is not on the rolls, you can not vote. The Sect. of State verifies and certifies the tally to make sure there are no discrepancies.
