This is Chrissy Parradis, a producer of the morning talk show on the conservative radio station in Raleigh.
She was told that a woman can't use a shake weight without it looking nasty...she decided to give it a try...

    what do you guys think?

When she did the double handed shake, she reminded me of an ex girlfriend of mine.

    Just sayin...

Not dirty but really boring. I have actually used one these gizmos (a girlfriend has one). It's an odd sensation, I'll admit that much.

The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

There was nothing to see. It just vibrates. You use it like any free weight. The experience didn't make me want to buy one.

Work is the best exercise, I can barely move after bucking a chainsaw all day today, I'm getting out of shape from too much riding.

    QFT!
"The efforts of the government alone will never be enough. In the end the people must choose and the people must help themselves" ~ JFK; from his famous inauguration speech (What Democrats sounded like before today's neo-Liberals hijacked that party)
