    This would have worked well for former Detroit Mayor Coleman Young's death. They laid him out in state for a few days at the Museum of African American History, so that anyone who wanted to could pay their respects. That museum doesn't have a lot of parking, though.


    They did the same thing for Rosa Parks, except they hauled the bus that the Henry Ford Museum restored over the the AA museum, so that people could also walk through a Birmingham bus from that time period. A drive thru probably wouldn't have worked for that occasion.
