    Has anyone become real life friends because of this forum? Anyone join because of someone they knew in real life?

    Yes, It happens. I have real life friends because of this forum. Some I can actually go and visit with and some I can mail our differences! Ask Rock! Cabrito for Grouper and hopefully some gator for Marys little lamb! :D

    They posted, they PM'd, they talked on the phone, they met in real life, he lied his ass off about his education, IQ, financial status, connections in life, car he drove, house he owned and shoe size. She was adventurous so she went for it anyway.

    I met my wife of 5 years on a forum, not this one though.

    SR and SLW are the only people on this forum that i've met in person.
    In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.

    In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.
