Legally, he is a she. And given the way she looks from the video, she's probably not a pre-op trannsexual; she's probably had the sex change. Even if she hasn't had the sex change, I do not believe she should be beaten until she has a seizure. I'm not condoning a man being in a ladies room, but I also do not believe it should be responded to with violence. Just tell the staff and have her escorted out, or at worst call the police. Why beat the person until their mouth is bleeding and they're having a seizure?

The point is, maybe you won't beat them STRICTLY BECAUSE they're a tranny...But let's be honest, if this was a 'pure' female on female, black on white beating, you'd be singing a different song. It's kind of like the far left who didn't care about this case until the victim was a tranny--for them, now it's a hate crime, before hand, it was nothing. It's using the victim to push one's own political/social ideology.

For me, it was a crime as soon as I saw one person beating on another. I don't give a shit whether the person has a dick in their pants or not. If the person isn't attempting to rape, molest, assault or kill you, your loved ones, or anyone else in general, there is NO NEED to resort to brutal violence. That is my stance. I don't care if the perpetrator is black or white, similar with the victim.

Even if it was my daughter, I wouldn't beat the person to a pulp. I'd ask the man to get out if he had a penis. If he refused, I'd take my daughter and myself out of the bathroom, tell the manager or security guards, and if they didn't do anything, then I'd call the cops. If the cops didn't ask the man to get out, then I'd stand in the bathroom (outside of the stall) with my daughter until the man left to ensure she wasn't molested/abducted/etc.
