"I said over a year ago that this was going to be, this presidential race, Lawrence, was going to be the ugliest, the nastiest, the most divisive, and the most racist in the history of this Republic," PBS host Tavis Smiley said on MSNBC.

um...might be a good reason to have Herman Cain, really hard to paint a black man as racist, unless they are going to call him racists toward mulatto/arabs

They'll just paint Cain as an Uncle Tom instead.

Its already in full force now...every single criticism of Obama now is no longer about this ideas or actions but is being blamed on racism.

They'll just turn it around and say that the reason why the GOP are running a black man is to hide their racism. But, of course, not only is this BS, it's typical of liberal politics. Can't argue based on merit so it's time to marginalize.

I have yet to see someone characterize opposition to Obama's policies as "racist."

Saying he wasn't born here and isn't a legitimate president is not criticism of is "ideas" or "actions."

I have seen it. Others have seen it. I continue to see it. I agree with you about the second sentence though, that whole thing is just a joke.

You're either lying or the most inattentive SOB I've ever run across on a politically driven forum.

Carter again cites racism as factor in Obama's treatment

Former President Jimmy Carter reiterated Wednesday that he believes racism is an issue for President Obama in trying to lead the country.
    http://articles.cnn.com/2009-09-15/p..._s=PM:POLITICS

New York Congressman Charles Rangel likened those that opposed Obama Care to the real racists that opposed the early civil rights movement.

Texas Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee also likened those opposed to Obama Care to the racists of the 1950s and 1960s.

Alan Grayson stated that all Tea Party members were wearing white sheets 25 years ago, an obvious referral to the racist Ku Klux Klan movement.

MATTHEWS: The reason I say it is because I look at the map of the United States and I see where people question his birth, and I see the pattern — the pattern of race here. And its historic in our nature, and I see it, and I don’t like it. And you’re telling me these people just have-just have idle thoughts: Well, he may not be born here. Could it not be his ethnicity? And you deny that, Stephen? you deny that’s the issue here?

To Achieve Ordered Liberty You Must Have Moral Order As Well

The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.
