That is why I say you dont know what you are talking about....
why dont you just waste your money on p90x and do the in crowd thing.
if you hang rings from a tree I will lose it.
Crossfit is specific in what I want to do. Lose weight and gain a little muscle. A few years back, I did a P90X cycle. If I want to bulk up I do a core exercise routine.
but cross fit is the deff of high rep uslessness.....
To lose weight a three day a week core routine will do little.
