Run for about 45 mins a day, don't intake more than 1800 calories a day, and confine the beer to the weekends and you should be OK.
I saw a pie chart a while back where the USDA had reduced the amount of fruit, veggies, dairy and meat and increased the fillers. Now, you do not think they would be doing that because those things had skyrocket in price? Me thinks that this new chart is some of that voodoo switcheroo that the government is famous for. Like the little people are not going to notice the escalation in food prices.
While I'm a major whole foods advocate myself, switching people to whole grains doesn't usually stop the over-eating. People eat much faster than any bulk-inducing foods can curb appetite. Those of us who really go in for whole foods, organic foods, supplements, sunshine, exercise and all that aren't the target audience for USDA food advice.
Sadly.
