    I stopped in after work and made a pasta bake for me & my mom...

    It was good...fresh onions from the garden, sauce, pasta, cream of mushroom soup, meat, all of it baked for a while, add cheese to the top, bake a little more....I always "wing it" in the kitchen and seldom follow a blueprint...

    A great meal after a busy day at work...I also had about a hundred other things to take care of for her....

    My mom is happy and the cat is happy...that is all that really matters to me in life. :)

    Last night: Sea bass wrapped in prosciutto and oven roasted.
    Tonight: Pasta tossed with mascarpone, ricotta, radicchio, and arugula.
