Barring a pre-nup, which I'd imagine there would have to be, California is a 50-50 state unless an agreement can be made out of court.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.

In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

I heard on the radio news this morning, that in the divorce papers
she filed on public record, there was no mention of a prenup.
But remember back in the day when they got married, it was
before Ahhnuld was a big time movie star I believe. At the time
she was more famous than he was, for being a Kennedy. So they
probably didn't have the need for one.

from what I understand, they have a "no fault" divorce, no matter who is at fault (unless domestic violence) everything gets split 50/50.

Please not that I said "more" in comparison to Hillary. I did not say that I was a Maria fan. She chose to marry a man with his attitude toward women, one known to misbehave. I don't believe she was a sweet young thing going in there with no knowledge of the world.

The Kennedys probably have way more skeletons in their closet than we could even imagine. But I still feel a tad sorry for her. Betrayal isn't a good, warm, fuzzy feeling. She's smart to dump him. He obviously can't be trusted. Trust is all with most people.

I never had any use for either one of these egotistical liberals. We will not see him at the Repub convention and that is a good thing.
