    I haven't figured out how Craig Kimbrel didn't make it. An argument can be made for Tommy Hansen as well.

    Those were two pretty prominent snubs. C.C. Sabathia as well. Although he's pitching the Sunday before the AS break, and would be ineligible to pitch anyway. He deserved to make it.
