I do doubt that he will, personally.

But, if my only choice were between Cain, Romney, and Bachmann -- then in that case, I would vote for Cain.

partly why i posted it, Cain is already beating Paul's ass in Iowa, even with some the problems he's having.

I put Cain on the payroll last month; that is, I have agreed to contribute monthly.

If he doesn't win, maybe he can influence the person who does win.

Cain will be my choice in the primaries. He needs to start picking up some more steam though. He's gotta get over the media love affair with Romney and Bachmann.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.

In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

    Perhaps you meant "beating". Ahem.
Yes. Cain is in 3rd, Paul is in 4th. In Iowa.

Fortunately for Paul, he's polling 1st in Texas, which has rather more Electoral Delegates.
But at least Cain is preferable to most of the others, IMHO.

yes, i meant beating, but what's your point about Texas? when is their primary? Thats right, March, 3 months later and probably wont matter as they'll take however is leading by then, and Dr Nutz will probably be out of the running

You're certainly welcome to believe that.
Of course, in 2008, Ron Paul was the last candidate to drop out before McCain was Nominated.
Admittedly, there will be some differences in 2012. Paul is polling higher, and has already raised much more money, than he had at this point in the last Election Cycle.

Wow.. Promoting the last Republican primary in 08' as the will of the people is hilarious. We chose John McCain people... a dyed in the wool liberal on paper. Everything that man stood for goes against the Republican platform. We sold our soul for someone we thought could win rather than someone who would promote anything conservatism once stood for.

me thinks Herman Cain is a great story and political fodder for when the real RINO's the republican establishment will pick get things in order. When that happens Herman will probably be an afterthought. That's too bad
