I put Cain on the payroll last month; that is, I have agreed to contribute monthly.
If he doesn't win, maybe he can influence the person who does win.

Cain will be my choice in the primaries. He needs to start picking up some more steam though. He's gotta get over the media love affair with Romney and Bachmann.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

You're certainly welcome to believe that.
Of course, in 2008, Ron Paul was the last candidate to drop out before McCain was Nominated.
Admittedly, there will be some differences in 2012. Paul is polling higher, and has already raised much more money, than he had at this point in the last Election Cycle.

Wow.. Promoting the last Republican primary in 08' as the will of the people is hilarious. We chose John McCain people... a dyed in the wool liberal on paper. Everything that man stood for goes against the Republican platform. We sold our soul for someone we thought could win rather than someone who would promote anything conservatism once stood for.
me thinks Herman Cain is a great story and political fodder for when the real RINO's the republican establishment will pick get things in order. When that happens Herman will probably be an afterthought. Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. To be your own man is hard business. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." Rudyard Kipling - (1865-1936)
