Cloudy and 72 degrees on The Mountain. I hope we get rain. Hot as blazes lately.

I've been incredibly busy with family matters but hope to be more regular on The Board starting today. I mean, as regular as a big fan of The Tour de France can be. :p:D

TOTD: Serious question, do you take vitimans or supplements of any kind? I take a multivitiman and glucosamine but that's pretty much it. (I do try to eat a healthy diet but sometimes that is hard to do on the fly.)

I have a friend who takes what seems to be a bazillion different supplements. She highly recommends garlic but I'm not sure why. (She doesn't have garlic breath, by the way.)
Hey careful man! There's a beverage here!

    I'll be 66 in August.

81 mg aspirin. That's it. I watch my blood pressure like a hawk, though. Yesterday it was hot and I was working outside; started to feel woozy, checked B/P, saw it was 95/60 and quit for the day.

    So far so good.

Of course, it's an herbal extract of sorts.
How is obama working out for you?
