Basic math.
50% daily calories from lean protien
15% daily calories from carbs
35% daily from fat.
On for 14 days then a refeed day with 70% carbs, 20% fat and 10% protien.
Then its 6 days on and one day off (refeed)
Keep cals at maintinence of bmr....
It's that simple
