I am off from work today so I get to sit in front of the tube and watch football all day, while munching on my delicious homemade chili. I figured I'd kick things off--no pun--with an Official NFL 08 Season Week One thread...

Less than 3 hours and counting...<insert 24-esque clock countdown noise>

Who's gonna win, who's gonna lose...who's gonna surprise us today....or not...

Stillers of course. I'm on vaco for two weeks. So I plan on OD'ing on football all day and night. Tomorrow also.

I went to Steelers training camp in August for two days. Got to meet Casey Hampton and Rashad Mendenhall.

    Took over 1000 pictures.
    Yes..this camera is heavy.

After the Eagles get done giving the Rams a beating today, it will be off to Dallas next week to give the Cowboys a serious freaking beating.

From there it's a straight shot to the Super Bowl. It's practically Gods will.

I can't believe the Falcons are leading 21 to nothing. A really impressive start for Ryan, but they have got an offensive line that is doing the job, at least against Detroit. They also have the running game going.

As a long time watcher of the Falcons, this is nice. We'll see how long it lasts.

Tom Brady knocked out of the game with a knee injury in today's NE-KC game. 53 seconds left, KC on the 5, NE ahead 17-10.

Edit: Great goal-line stand, Pats win!

Does this mean Michael Vick lost his starting job when he gets out of the big house?:p
