The news release said this was a "record setting" bankruptcy.

But that's not correct, is it?

Didn't Birmingham declare bankruptcy a few years back?

Hmmm. Birmingham. I wonder what is it about that name that dredges up memories of the make up of this city?

I can't put my finger on the elusive vision that I am conjuring up. Maybe I can do a photo search online and something will gel more firmly. I wonder what the politics of this city are?

    Must investigate.
