What a worthless communist party.
They should be supporting or creating a third party, giving their support to a corporatist elitist party like the Democrats is absolutely stupid.Originally Posted by Adam Smith - Wealth of Nations

Unfortunately I cannot find the endorsement anywhere. Google is only bringing up pages and pages of forum posts. It seems as if it wasn't the Communist Party that endosed Obama, but perhaps Sam Webb himself, but even that I can't find. I was hoping to find something in writing to show some friends of mine who'll get quite a chuckle if this is true.
edit: found it lol

Just so I am clear on this:
Is it the consensus of the clucking in this thread that the endorsement of a candidate by a group means that candidate is a member of that group or supports that group's agenda? While you were hanging yourself , on someone else's words

In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

The article in question doesn't say that the Democrats best support the interests of the communist party. It's more of a "the democrats suck, but the republicans are a nightmare".
Frankly, I think that argument is stupid at this point in history.
I'd hardly say that communists like Obama, just that this organisation will support whoever will prevent Republicans from being in power. If you read the comments from the article, many people do not agree with that strategy.
I know leftists, people who identify as socialist and communist, and none of them "like Obama".Originally Posted by Adam Smith - Wealth of Nations

We could say they are spending like drunken sailors. That would be unfair to drunken sailors, they're spending their OWN money.
