What do you think about the "rich"?Do you believe they are smarter than the average person and are deserving of everything they can get?

Do you think they are greedy and lacking in some human qualities?

Don't you wish you were "rich"?

A few try, but you'll find the kind of answers we've all grown to expect from the DUmmies. :D
May the FORCE be with you!

What is he trying to say by"rich"?

What kind of rich? Politically? Family? Money? Talent? Money?

We could say they are spending like drunken sailors. That would be unfair to drunken sailors, they're spending their OWN money.

He didn't say rich though. He said "rich". Why the quotation marks?

As I said many times before " I never met a Socialist who didn't want be rich; they just hate others who manage to do. "

#56 is possibly the single most stupid statement I've ever seen on (or imported from) DU:

"The rich create poverty, by taking more than their share."

"Today, [the American voter] chooses his rulers as he buys bootleg whiskey, never knowing precisely what he is getting, only certain that it is not what it pretends to be." - H.L. Mencken

Somehow they have it in their brain that wealth is like matter or energy, it can be neither created or destroyed. Small minded idiots.
"In England a king hath little more to do than to make war and give away places; which in plain terms, is to impoverish the nation and set it together by the ears. A pretty business indeed for a man to be allowed eight hundred thousand sterling a year for, and worshipped into the bargain! Of more worth is one honest man to society and in the sight of God, than all the crowned ruffians that ever lived."
