    I've been doing the arm stretches on a weight machine with a seat. I sit on it, then put my arms over a leather/vinyl covered, cushioned thing and pull on a lever attached to the adjustable weights on the side. I'm pulling about 10 times at 20 lbs. It hurts my upper arms, so it must be working. I'm hoping to have it up to 15-20 pulls before I add the next weight machine thing to my workout in September.

    I'm not sure what I'm going to add next-something for my legs maybe? But my legs look pretty good and toned from all the swimming, they are the two parts of my body I'm not self-conscious about. I'll have to ask one of the attendants for advice.
