    If you don't wear short sleeves, here's the plan to give the confidence to wear them. I got this on one of the many health emails that I receive daily. I made the mistake of signing up for one, now it takes forever to get through all of them. :D

    Short, yes - sleeveless, not usually.

    I wear the tank tops outside when doing yard work in the am. SR keeps saying that I'm a pasty white Midwesterner, but I remember that old saying about mad dogs and Englishmen going out in the noonday sun. :p

    Short sleeves, yes.
    Like the rest of the posters so far, I don't go sleeveless. I might if the skin removal surgery after weight loss also includes my upper arms. I've firmed up my arms a lot from swimming, but there is only so much exercise can do.
