What time do you awake from your slumber??

I work evening shift at a hospital..so I'm certainly not an early riser....except for today as I am working for my buddy and was at work at 6:30am.

Normally, I wake up between 9-10am.

Are you a grouch before your morning coffee/tea? or are you a happy riser?

I'm a grouch till I've had my first cup of coffee.:o My daughter wakes up with a smile...hopefully, it will eventually rub off on me..

Right around 5:00 on most days. If I am REALLY tired I can sometimes sleep until 6:30 - 7:00.

Get me a couple of pots of coffee and I am good to go.

So am I. Put me in the night owl category, although I do seem to get more tasks completed in the morning (but not before 8am). :D

I don't drink coffee, so don't get that morning rush of caffeine. Maybe that's my excuse.

    Definitely a night owl.

Am not user-friendly 'til I've had 2 coffees and read all that interests me in the Drudge Report.

    I rise at 7:30, but I sure don't shine! :D

Weekdays: Somewhere between 5:15 and 5:30. I usually jump right in the shower, so I feel pretty awake after that.

On weekends, I try to sleep until 9 or so. I lay in bed and play with my dog and cat for a while, if I wake up before that.

Retired, I get up around 7.
Mornings are special to me. Quiet. Time with the dogs in the backyard. Play my guitar. Check the Asian stock markets. Wife gets up later. Then we have breakfast.

I wake up at six and am at my office by 7.30. I wake up instantly and am definitely a morning person.
