Not saying all of them suck but seems like the last few I have run into have sucked and are a real pain in the ass and need to just go back to Texas!
I just hate the attitude most of them have. Also the ones I have run into think their shit does not stink and that they are just better than everyone else.
I hate people that act like that and never ever treat anyone like that so being treated as less of a person just because I am not from their beloved Texas.:mad:

I dated a few gals from Texas and have the opposite opinion as you. If you want to meet some first class elitist assholes, go to DC, NY and NJ.

After just returning from a weekend visit to Texas, I cannot disagree more. And I echo Lacarnut's sentiment, the real elitist a-holes are in DC/NYC/Boston/NJ.

I've never been to Texas, but everyone I've ever met who is from Texas has been pretty cool. And usually that person is a good cook, so what's not to like?

I lived in Texas for four years, and they are the nicest people that I've ever met. I'm from NYC, and have lived in California and now am assigned to DC, and my take is that Californians are the nastiest, New Yorkers are friendly but very blunt, and Texans are friendly and polite. I've only been in DC for a couple of weeks, but I will say that the drivers here are pretty rude.

I've been to Dallas once, and everyone was polite and it had the most respectable drivers I've ever encountered....they actually slow down and let you pass on a merging lane..unlike NYC and South Florida drivers, who speed up and don't let you in.
