Original message Irene is going to smash some part of the US coastline That is a fact.

I'm desperately seeking some positives out of this mess - so far I've come up with:

    1. Jobs
    2. No one will hear one fucking word from Cheney about his revisionist book

Don't be taken in by this bitch, her "concern" is bullshit. She's only sorry the hurricane isn't going to hit a ReThug state.:D

Original message PSA for the East Coast Irene looks bad, if you need to get out, get out.

But chiefly turn in to your LOCAL nooz sources. Oh and since it looks like it will affect areas rarely affected...NYC comes to mind...if you have not done so...stock up.

    I don't know what we'd do without her!!! :D

Apparently nowhere near the scale of disaster predicted by Nadinostradamus & Co., most of the economic loss will be in terms of lost business in the second-to-last Summer season weekend, rather than mind-boggling levels of property damage.

That will not stop the Magic Negro from requesting quad drillions of dollars from Congress.

No doubt, though the actual damage to the infrastructure (Aside from the normal issues with above-ground powerlines) appears pretty minimal. I doubt that will stop him from asking for a trillion bucks for an infrastructure bank, though.
