WASHINGTON – What a buzzkill. Air Force Secretary Michael Donley faced a huge ballroom on Monday morning ready to kick off the biggest Air Force conference of the year. All the services are in the same boat. We're just waiting for the axe to fall, so we can see if we still have any fingers left. Hoping for at least one and the thumb, at this point.
