Typical.
If it's bigger than normal and destructive or poisonous, it's probably thriving or arriving in Florida.
We don't have any that large, but there are some very large snails in a section of palms and ferms outside our dining room window. I can see the things creeping up the window. I went to a nursery and got some snail bait and threw it out. Right away I saw some of the creatures on my walk, dying. This reminds me that we need to throw some more bait out. I'm sick of having to clean the slime off the window and replacing the plants that they've chewed.
Florida might be paradise, but it has a few drawbacks.
Dammit!!! Those suckers look like they'd be greyt in butter & garlic. :(:D

sorta takes Hawkgrils post down a few notches don't it? :D
Well, at least they can't outrun you.
