    Money was stolen as well. Imagine if there was some sort of business which could look after large sums of money and allow you to take it back gradually in smaller amounts.

    Up till last year, you could get a Psystar "hackintosh" for half that. But they got shut down for obvious reasons. :p And there's already a new company taking over where they left off- -Quo. Don't know if they do laptops, though.
