Are you all watching Colbert? He just quoted an email from the Tea Party Nation asking it's members to not hire anyone until Obama is out of office.

and I've been told that people don't get their news from Colbert and Stewart

This has been reported from real news sources:

    http://www.wtsp.com/news/article/216...-creating-jobs

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- A national Tea Party group wants business owners to stop hiring! That's right. Tea Party Nation posted a pledge online Tuesday asking small business owners to stop creating jobs and sink our economy even further as a protest.

The organization says President Obama and the Senate want to destroy the country's economy so they can remake the U.S. into a socialist country. The irony is that halting job creation would destroy our economy.

Tea Party Nation's call says, in part:

"I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.I hereby declare that my job creation potential is now ceased.
It couldn't be any more clear than that.

The left never expected anyone to oppose them! They should be happy that these businesspeople kept their doors open and didn't retire to low-cost Costa Rica.

What one person is asking is that the small business communtity to do is call a John Galt semi- strike.

What Moonbats also want is that small businesses be taxed more, regulated more, over pay jobs, give lavish benifits. Of course they dismiss any thought of higher prices, bad service, small business being able maintain themselves, must less grow.

What we have here is what I am now calling THE AMERICAN FALL ( i.e The Arab Spring). The American Left ( all the groups and subgroups) want is the end of Capitalism, the end of this Constitional Republic, the suspention of basic human rights of their foeman, censorship of all forms of media, and maybe foundation of an American gulag system.

Yes, for the American Left one person suggesting a semi-strike is crime.

But a group demanding that basic liberties be stripped away, and the Bill Of Rights discarded, well that just fine.

They don't think its lying when you give people half the truth; just the half that serves their cause.

But still fore them it makes some kind of wierd warped sense ( when it comes to business, that is).

Tax 'em till they bleed, regulate 'em till they cry, and on the day they finally die, shout out " See, I told ya Capitalism doesn't work! "

It couldn't be any more clear than that.

If they dressed up in hippy garb, or stripped naked and "occupied" a park somewhere and SAID they were protesting against "greed" you'd be all for it.

In fact if you support the OWS movement that is EXACTLY what you are doing.

    Same effect.
I long for the days when our President actually liked our country.

Yes there is and I agree with it. Obama and his ilk want to raise taxes on anyone earning $200K or more. A lot of people in this bracket are small business owners. Couple that with Obama care forcing these people to provide health insurance for their employees. These are policies detrimental to their business.
