    Saw a "bacon special" on the Travel Channel a couple of hours ago. Got my juices flowing, so I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow and get some extra thick bacon, and try to BBQ it. Can't get pig bellies here in Shell knob.

    Wish me luck, and any recipe suggestions are most welcomed!

    Do you have a meat grinder?

    Gonna use our small table top grill. Right now all I can think of is doing my ordinary spare rib BBQ with a rub and all. That's what I'll do if I can't get a better idea.

    BTW, I love to experiment with food.
