#1 Crooks board train, make off with $200 worth of pigs' feet11-01-2011, 09:31 PMCrooks who boarded a Union Pacific train in Victorville may be disappointed with their haul -- 20 boxes of pigs' feet worth $200.
According to the Victorville Daily Press, the thieves apparently broke into the car on the southbound train after it made an emergency stop Friday in the High Desert city.
They grabbed the boxes and took off.
Union Pacific spokesman Aaron Hunt told the Daily Press it was unlikely the thieves knew what was inside the car when they broke in.
It was unclear why the train made the emergency stop in Victorville, he said.
The suspects remained at large Tuesday.

Anyone you knew?In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

I'm thinking of Nina Simone singing "Gimme a pig's foot and a bottle of beer".
