#1 Election 2011

Anyone voting tomorrow?
I have some very hot local elections that I will be on the street for all day tomorrow. Weather is going to be beautiful but a low turnout is expected.
My vote may actually count this election. :D
Good luck.

I'm not sure if Michigan has anything to vote on tomorrow. But that does remind me I need to update my absentee voter info. I've probably still got my deployed address in their system.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

Mississippi has several important issues. Yes, we'll be voting.
The paper had a sample ballot today. That helped.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
And clever in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21 NASB

:D Man, just about! But our representative is Republican and that won't change. There are some posts that will probably go to Republicans, but I don't think the state house will. Be nice if it did.
1) Personhood amendment, "life begins at conception" - most people think it goes too far, but maybe it'll pass.
2) Imminent Domain - could go either way
3) Voter ID - a shoo in.
