#1 I saw this at World Market

Bacon enthusiasts will appreciate this salty, sweet syrup packed with bacon's authentic smoky, meaty, flavor. Torani Bacon syrup adds savory bacon flavor to cocktails, lattes, sauces and more. Just add 1/2-1 oz. of syrup to a 6-8 oz. beverage, and enjoy this innovative flavor from Torani.
I'm not sure if I would enjoy a bacon latte!

Much as I love bacon, a bacon flavoured latter would be a step to far for me. It could make a good glaze for roast vegetables or sausages in place of honey.

"I seen this"?????
As to the flavor, it would be great for steaming mussels. Or in a boeuf flamande, a stew made with beer instead of red wine."Today, [the American voter] chooses his rulers as he buys bootleg whiskey, never knowing precisely what he is getting, only certain that it is not what it pretends to be." - H.L. Mencken

I could see it being used for cooking. It would be a great fat free alternative for that flavor we all enjoy.
I just don't think it would be good in a beverage.
Patriot is already tweeking his bloody mary mix to include it! :D

Oh my Miss Linda ...
Still the sweet little grammar NAZI in here, I see.
How about while you are steaming those mussells, or "flamande-ing" your boeuf, instead of adding the bacon flavored syrup ... that you just stick your oh-so-superior head into it for a second or two, just long enough to add that little soupcon of flavor needed.

With sincere apologies to the Recipe section ... which I read and often add to my own collection, especially the "Dump Cake" one for grandchildren. They love it!
Hell's Bell's, even my child-at-heart hubby loves it when made with cherry pie filling and chocolate cake mix!
At the risk of being reprimanded, and I did try to fight the urge ... but my nastier side won out and am going to post this anyway. :D
Miss Linda ...
Since you seem to be the self-appointed-grammar-and-spelling NAZI in CU ... is only fair to tell you that *I* as the self-appointed-ankle-biter-and-pain-in-your -derriere :) in here, ... that it is *my* job to point out that wherever, and whenever, I accidently come across such social blunders on your part ... I shall do so.
Childishly-and-most-enjoyably-sticking-my-tongue-out-at-you ...
