    When I read 535 lb rack I was thinking of something else. Was I ever disappointed. :D

    If got a pretty strong core. If you notice I don't wear a belt. Can't stand them and if I can't lift it without one then I want to get stronger so I can. I use a belt for max effort at meets but that's it.

    535 is the most I have ever lifted....
