Italian goodness! :D
15 sweet Italian sausages cut into 3rds
5 onions sliced
4 green peppers sliced
8 cloves garlic mashed
olive oil
oregano
Preheat oven to 325
Put the sausage in a tinfoil pan, spritz oil all over them and sprinkle the oregano and the maqshed garilic on top, Stir well to mix and roast for 2.5 hours. Add the onions and peppers and roast for 1 more hour. Serve on soft rolls! Mmmmm.

I made this last week, but I do it on the pan over the stove, and I throw in a couple of tomatoes and some beer at the end...

I made something like that last night....not nearly as delicious looking though.
Same ingredients just a chicken type sausage.

That's 45 sausages. I only count about 30 in the pan.15 sweet Italian sausages cut into 3rds
