Xena was almost 11 and a half and we had to end her pain today.
What both of us suspected was confirmed, Xena had cancer in her right rear leg and was in a lot of pain so we helped her end the suffering.
That's two of our three, we still have Darlene.
Xena had a strong heart, it took 3 shots to stop it...May the FORCE be with you!

The doc said her eyes were so dilated, and that she was in a lot of pain. I hate that damned osteosarcoma. This is the 3rd grey I've lost to that blankety blank disease. We had the choice of drugging her up and taking her home this weekend, but SR opted to end her pain now. She was his dog way before we even knew each other. He was right, she couldn't stay in that pain. Rest in peace, sweet Xena.

That is so sad. They just mean so much to us and it is so very hard to say goodbye.I long for the days when our President actually liked our country.

Oh I'm so sorry to read this.
You did the best you could for her, now she's at peace.
I hope Darlene isn't too depressed being the only dog in the family now.

So sorry about Xena. It's always hard to lose a best friend.-
In actual dollars, President Obama’s $4.4 trillion in deficit spending in just three years is 37 percent higher than the previous record of $3.2 trillion (held by President George W. Bush) in deficit spending for an entire presidency. It’s no small feat to demolish an 8-year record in just 3 years.
Under Obama’s own projections, interest payments on the debt are on course to triple from 2010 (his first budgetary year) to 2018, climbing from $196 billion to $685 billion annually.
