I stopped by a BBQ joint on the way home from Christmas shopping.
I had a delish plate of pulled pork, green beans, potato casserole and rolls.

Beef brisket cooked 10 hrs. in Green Egg ...sauteed cabbage ... mashed potatoes & gravy!
Good stick-to-the-ribs comfort food.

I didn't eat. I was at Urgent Care.
For dinner I had the first dose of a z-pack. :D
