One Heart attack (one stint), one back surgery L4-L5, 4 kidney stones, dislocated rt shoulder (5 times) and 2 packs of Marlboros a day for 20 years.

Well, today marks week 6 of smoke free, hitting the gym 5 days a week!

Teach a liberal to fish - he will come back tomorrow wanting more free fish!

    AWRiiiight PULP!

Lemme be one to encourage you, big time. As long as you are walking around breathing regularly it is not too late to start repair work on the system. I have great admiration for anyone who takes life's lessons and learns from them.

Don't listen to the devil, Pulpfishin.

Good for you to start turning your life around. SR stopped smoking, too, when he had the stroke in February. He went to the doc last week and all those vital stats are better.

Smoking isn't worth those heart attacks and strokes. Smart people stop or never start.
Glad that you're doing better Pulp. Very proud of you.

Wow! Wish I had seen this earlier. I recommend you find a friend to work out with. It will help you on those days where you feel like poop and just want to take a day off. The day off turns into a couple and next thing you know, break out the fat jeans.
