Other people’s TV commercials are weird, aren’t they? It’s easy to get used to your own because they’re on all the time, and the internal reference points have to be universal to your culture or they don’t really work as adverts. Play the same ads across a global arena and everything suddenly looks very different.
Mind you, the magnificent seven examples here look fairly strange to us Brits too: ...
Ah yes, things which appear to be sweet on TV, that would be hideously embarrassing in real life. Some wazzock on the opposite platform starts singing a song about you, and using it to find out personal details, and somehow that’s not sexual harrassment so long as he’s got a ukulele? Hmm, Match.com, HMM… ...

Bijou, you can probably tell me the name of the store.... but I remember seeing a hilarious ad a few years ago from a British chain of sex shops, that just showed the goofy faces women make during orgasm. It was VERY funny.

The first one of the cat filing it's nails wasn't animated, but made me laugh anyway. Would love to do that myself to our little sharp-clawed creature, but am afraid that SHE would win the battle that would ensue, hands down! :D
