Then ...
Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate til firm ... slice into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
Coat in a thick beer batter and fry in hot oil til all puffed and golden brown.
Serve with home made cocktail sauce using ketchup and horseradish, or mayo and horseradish.
Dee-lish!
Then again, even shredded cardboard would taste good done this way! :D
