OK Trekkies, here's a new one:

What was the name of the leader of three super-intelligent beings who lived inside glass-like spheres, who wanted to borrow the bodies of Kirk, Spock and some female officer to create robot bodies to transfer into and live in?

Your question is not clear. As it is asking for two different people.

    2) What was the name of the tyrant on that penal colony Grand Admiral Garth

who requested the answer to the above question in order to take over the Enterprise? Commander Montgomery Scott

This is the full breakdown of the scene.

Grand Admiral Garth (as Spock): Spock to Enterprise!

Commander Montgomery Scott: Scott here! Go ahead, Admiral!
Grand Admiral Garth: One to beam up!
Commander Montgomery Scott: Aye, sir! Queen to Queen's level three!
Grand Admiral Garth: Mr. Scott, beam me aboard!
Commander Montgomery Scott: I said, "Queen to Queen's level three!"
Grand Admiral Garth: We have no time for chess problems, Mr. Scott! I said beam me aboard!
Commander Montgomery Scott: I'm following your orders, Admiral! Queen to Queen's level three!

Nope. The Providers were the Gamesters of Triskelion.
Sargon was the name of the disembodied alien who occupied Kirk's body.

Question: Which episodes featured the following Klingons?

    Kang
    Koloth
    Kor

For extra credit, who played them and in what DS9 episode did they reprise their roles?

For extra-extra credit, name one other Trek baddie played by the actor who played Koloth.

My question: What is the significance of Mark Lenard's career in Star Trek?

Koloth: William Campbell(who also played Trelane in the other episode asked for)-Trouble with Tribbles
    Kor: John Colicos-Errand of Mercy
Kang: Michael Ansera-Day of the Dove

The DS9 episode was called Blood Oath.
