One does not greet death when he knocks at your door.

Nay you repeatedly punch him in the throat as he slowly drags you away.

I recommend Volkswagons and Fiats before Buicks and SUV's.

Were those Real weights or blow up replicas?

I still got you in the 40 muscles, especially if yer chasin me. As for the chin ups, both my shoulders are trashed. Tore both years ago and hid the injuries from flight surgeons. Now the VA is assessing them. They'll decide just how bad they are. If I could give the docs my pain for two minutes, they'd not dither over how bad they are.

Oh, any range of motion exercises for bad shoulders? I could use it. I cry better in private.:o

depends how bad the injuries are.

Military press is one of the best shoulder movements you can do.

I would recommend keeping it light but the pressing motion doesnt put too much strain on the rotator cuff.

you could also try shrugs but that puts strain on the cuff in the form of pulling
