I've posited that for years. I call the phenomenon "Global Lukewarming", or GLK. In order to deal with this, we have to sell carbon credits in warm areas and carbon debits in cold areas and ensure that they equal each other. I'm willing to undergo the rigors of selling the debits and running the exchange, since counting all of that money and then laundering, uh, I mean, investing it will be a full time job. :D

At least look at the bright side. All this warm weather means less consumption of fossil fuels which will reduce global warming.
