Leg of lamb with wine sauce served over egg noodles with green peas and fresh potato bread rolls.

I spent most of the day at the beach, so I did something quick. Spanokopita Pockets from Costco. Greek spinach pie for those who are not in the know.
I think I'll have some icecream for dessert....my favorite, neopolitan with whipped cream.

I have brownies and pecan pie for dessert if I don't explode from this lamb.

Everyone in the house is sick so we kept it simple. Chicken breast sandwiches on ciabatta bread.

Meijer had salmon on sale last week, so I broiled some in butter and lemon juice, then made a sauce with butter, cream and fresh, chopped dill and some spinach pasta on the side.
