I'll guar-an-damn-tee China would buy every barrel Iran wants to sell at the right price.
Iran doesn't want to find out what would happen if they tried to close the strait. It's not how old you are, it's how you got here.
It's been a long road and not all of it was paved.

Don't the Chinese have a pipeline from Iran?"Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings..." Here's Iran's output:
As of 2009 it was producing an estimated 4.172 million barrels per day
The problem being how they get it to China, of course.
And here's China's use:
So, right you are that China will use everything Iran's got, and it looks like that only fulfills about half China's need. But. no one is worried. Least of all Obama, who has recently figured out a way to encourage Canada (America's largest supplier) to sell oil to China.:D
Iran knows they have less than a year to get all this figured out, too. Hopefully, the narcissistic Obama will no longer be standing in The Oval Office admiring himself in the mirror. He will be history. Picture on the wall, that's all.:D
