    Or do they?

In a last minute desperation move the Dems are pitching a new Offshore Drilling Plan. I guess they think by merely saying those words that they'll make the American public believe they are trying to do something, anything, to relieve the pressure on gas prices.

Problem is, the plan leaves 90 percent of that oil untouchable and offers no financial incentive to the states to allow drilling. Democrats' plan leaves most oil off limits.

I guess saying you have a plan and really having a plan are interchangeable to todays Dims. Hopefully the American people will see through this ruse.

Are we talking about the same people who think that a candidates hair is a presidential issue?

The Dims are presenting "something" to be voted on to make themselves look like they are addressing the issue. But what they will offer will be insufficient and that will force the Repubs to vote NO on it.

Won't work. Just like other bullshit they have tried to pass off, we can see past the bullshit now and resources to turn to. The best option is to just let the ban expire at the end of the month. See if the Democrats want to vote on bringing it back.
