    this is the program to do it.

    I am on my second month and this morning I did deep heavy squats of 320 lbs for 10 straight reps.

    I have never felt stronger before ever. haha

    Just two 35# plates, which was all we had there. We just ran along the property with them as fast as we could against each other. It was more for fun than to workout IMO, although it did work you pretty damn good.
