One would think, and yet, Israel bashers use it all of the time. Gator was particularly nasty about it, and, like bogus charges of racism, sexism or the other taboos of the left, it's not meant to do anything other than silence discussion. Notice that Arroyo never actually raises any facts in his discussions on Israel, he just shoots snarky insults about how everything that doesn't conform to his worldview is a fantasy. There are very few substantive arguments in his posts, and whenever one of them gets blown out, he resorts to snark.
