Again, here is a recipe inspired from Megimoo!!! I have made chicken marsala but he dared me to make it this way. Well tonite I did it! Nobody complained!!

This was not too much fun, when you pound the chicken there are alot of holes, Be creative to close them and use alot of toothpicks! But after all that, mama mia, killer food!

Pound and fill

Put enuf toothpicks in to hold em together and brown them.

Cook down the mushrooms and marsala.

Okay, I am still a rookie at plating, but we had some Fettuccinni with alfredo sauce and some of Robins' marinated asparagus salad! Whew!
