Yup. We'll probably get those error messages now and then as SR tries to redo the mods and such.
Admin control panel -> Settings -> Message Posting and Editing Options. I just turn quick reply completely off, as I don't know anyone who actually likes it. You may want to take a vote on it, but that's the one sure-fire way to get it so that the regular editor box comes up.
None of your old hacks will work properly, in all likelihood. Using any vB 3.x hacks on a 4.x board is begging for serious bug issues. Most of the common hacks have been duplicated and can be easily found at vb.org.
