There's times, as one ages, one looks around at the world and their life and asks the important questions that youth never afforded them to consider. This isn't one of those times.

The subject of this post is the "glove compartment". Why the hell so we still call it that? I understand the origin of the term, but that origin dates back to a day when a vehicle's wheels were made of wood. It's on par with Brit's calling a flashlight a "torch", a road a "carriageway", etc. WFT? We know they're all crazy due to lack of vitamin D, but what's our excuse?

It's time to rename this damned container for the 21st century and I wanna know what it should be called. Vote or offer your own idea. This matters I tell ya!

I think of it as a repository for miscellaneous junk. It's also a map casket, but the instruction book for our car is too large, so it's unusable in that capacity.

Good question. Birthdays must make you very thoughtful. Ah, that passage of time gets us all.

I went for map casket as well because I hide my latex gloves inside the folded maps. Wait, I shouldn't have said that.

Condom box, I always store 100-200 condoms in there for emergencies.

Related to Ms. Fluke are ya?

Maybe males should also be included in health care discussions!

I voted "other" ... have only the manual ... 2 maps ... small hand lotion ... black nightgown ... Joy perfume ... and a toothbrush! Ha! Ha!

Hey! If you can tell fibs, so can I!

Well, first 3 are true at least!
